What You'll Do.
Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in employee areas
Empty trash cans from dish room
Remove empty boxes from kitchen
Clean and sanitize all dishes
Assist in the storing of grocery and supply items
Assume responsibility for proper set up and operation of the dish machine
Notify supervisor of any malfunctions
Assume responsibility for supplies for the dish machine
Notify supervisor of any instances where there would no product on hand
Assist cooks and the Executive Chef in the preparation of food
Set-up and break-down buffet tables and theme decorations
Special projects or other duties as assigned
