What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Nice to Have
General work experience in manufacturing or similar preferred
What You'll Do.
Work closely with production to ensure production lines have materials
maintain housekeeping
assist with quality checks
ensure shipments are staged
and labeled correctly
Work closely with plant staff to provide a safe work environment
Uses hand tools or simple machines in production
Responsible for starting and operating production line
Empty production line into pallets for WIP or finished goods
Helps maintain and count inventory of production
Completes shift paperwork accurately and timely
Prepare pallet with proper label and paperwork for storage or shipment to customer
Use proper packaging materials based on product type and shipping method
Responsible for building pallets to keep up with product output
Periodically inspect for quality issues
Report safety and quality issues
along with any maintenance needs to supervisor
Keep the work area clean using 6S process
