This position will be available to support Mobile Surgical Resuscitation Team activities to include: **Primary Responsibilities** * Must be available for at least one (1) ~ rotation OCONUS annually, plus additional training/screening events. This position will be available to support Mobile Surgical Resuscitation Team activities to include: * Practice acute care surgery in austere and limited resource environments * Work with other members of a small team, perform examinations, make diagnoses and treat or prescribe a course of treatment and surgery, including damage control surgery for patients with injuries or disorders with surgical conditions * Provide consultation and advice to patients and customers as the surgical subject matter expert * Perform required surgery * Conduct and supervise direct patient care, including surgical critical care and damage control surgical interventions * Supervise other nursing and support personnel during resuscitation, perioperative and post-operative phases of care * Document care provided and complete medical records in accordance with VIGILINT policy * Plan and may conduct Critical Care Air Transport (CCAT) missions for ICU level pat
