What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 10 years of experience in plumbing and mechanical construction, at least 5 years in a supervisory role, Proven track record of successfully managing complex commercial and/or industrial plumbing and mechanical projects, In-depth knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, including design, installation, and troubleshooting, understanding of building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and industry best practices, Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents, Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
OSHA 30 certification preferred, Bilingual is a plus
What You'll Do.
Oversee and manage all field operations
Supervise and coordinate on-site personnel
Develop and implement project schedules
Monitor project progress
Ensure work complies with specifications
Implement and enforce safety policies
Manage project budgets
Conduct regular site visits
Prepare and submit progress reports
Order and manage materials
Train and mentor field personnel
