What You'll Do.
Service guests' vehicles
Ensure top-notch quality work
Provide exceptional guest experience
Deliver on time and accurate guest care
Demonstrate excellent guest service
Provide clear communication and feedback
Ensure service center is clean
Provide guidance and mentoring
Check and communicate oil level
Inspect and refill fluid levels
Complete vehicle inspection
Install new oil drain plug
Install new oil filter
Clean and lubricate fittings
Document all work performed
Adhere to company policy
