We are looking for a General Science Teacher for an international school in Beijing. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 school year starting in August 2026. About the school This is an international school located in Haidian. The school offers a combination of the national curriculum and US Common core to its students in elementary and middle school, and US Common core, AP, IGCSE and A-Level in high school. Job responsibilities * Teach the subject of general science to middle school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience * Lead or assist in conducting extra-curricular clubs or Enrichment programs up to 3 hours and or teams/academic classes/study halls * Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments * Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum * Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve * Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers * Develop supportive and safe learning environments **Requirements** * Bachelor degree or above in the related subject * Teaching certificate * Three or more years teaching experience in the subject * Excellent communications skills **Benefits** Salary and benefits * Annual salary 380,000 to 480,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications * Monthly housing allowance of 8,800 RMB or free on-campus lodging * Paid summer and winter holiday and public holidays * Contract fulfillment bonus * International cover health Insurance for teachers and their dependents * Social Insurance & Medical Insurance * Flight to school from point of origin and relocation allowance * Visa fees are covered by the school * Annual flight allowance * 3 meals free for school days * Education for dependents (5-18 years) * Professional development opp
