This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the HVAC or construction industry, gaining hands-on experience across a range of projects. You will assist with the installation of HVAC systems while working as part of a skilled and supportive team, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard. _**Key Responsibilities**_ * Assist HVAC Engineers with the installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems * Support with general site duties including lifting, carrying, and positioning equipment and materials * Assist with pipework, bracket installation, basic cabling and other mechanical tasks under supervision * Prepare tools, materials and work areas to ensure efficient installation work * Maintain a clean and safe working environment on site at all times * Follow health and safety procedures and site requirements * Work collaboratively with engineers, site managers and other trades on-site * Learn and develop skills in HVAC installation with a view to progressing in the role _**What We Look For**_ _**Required**_ * Previous experience in construction, general labouring or a similar hands-on role * Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and develop new skills * Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions * Good awareness of
