Create guest-obsessed culture

Lead team to prioritize guest experience and deliver on store sales goals

Develop strategy and utilize workload planning tools

Create scheduling plan in partnership with team leaders

Conduct regular check-ins with team

Manage GM backroom and sales floor areas

Review reporting to identify gaps and develop plan

Oversee Team Leaders workload planning

Drive fulfillment sales by leading Fulfillment team

Leverage guest insights and feedback to drive business

manage and follow-up on organizational and operational change

Anticipate and identify changes in store trends

Develop and coach Team Leaders

Establish culture of accountability

Anticipate staffing needs

talent plan and recruit

Demonstrate culture of ethical conduct

Follow all safe and secure training and processes
