Adhere to all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements., Report hazards, incidents, or near misses immediately., Always wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)., Comply with all cGMP, hygiene and quality standards., Operate and monitor packing line equipment including: De-palletiser, seamer, clincher, gas box, capper and Tavil systems., Conduct routine quality checks such as: Oxygen, sediment, leaker and carton inspections., Perform line clearance activities prior to production start-up., Ensure correct coding on cans and cartons (inkjet/laser systems)., Accurately record downtime and performance data using the OEE system., Support documentation control through M-Files., Verify bill of materials to ensure correct production inputs., Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records., Carry out cleaning activities in line with defined schedules and SOPs., Maintain high housekeeping standards to ensure compliance., Contribute to business excellence and continuous improvement initiatives., Actively engage in training and personal development., Ensure all products meet specification and quality standards., Correctly monitor processes to prevent contamination, defects, or downtime., Escalate deviations and take corrective actions where required., Understand the impact of errors on product quality, compliance, and customer safety., Basic computer literacy.
