Must Have
7+ years of experience in insurance, fintech, digital platforms, or high-growth technology companies, Highly analytical, execution-focused, comfortable operating in fast-paced, adaptive, high-intensity environments, Demonstrated experience managing commercial performance, revenue growth, partnerships, leadership capability with experience building and managing cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Experience working in a regulated insurance environment is a plus, Understanding of the Taiwan insurance market, regulatory environment, and distribution landscape is a plus
