Must Have
7+ years of experience in insurance, fintech, digital platforms, or high-growth technology companies, Highly analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, adaptive, high-intensity environments, Demonstrated experience managing commercial performance, revenue growth, and partnerships, leadership capability with experience building and managing cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Experience working in a regulated insurance environment is a plus, Understanding of the Taiwan insurance market, regulatory environment, and distribution landscape is a plus
What You'll Do.
Lead the execution of the Taiwan market strategy plan
including implementing the business plan covering regulatory setup
Oversee the process of obtaining the necessary regulatory licences and approvals required to operate in the Taiwan insurance market
Work with internal and external legal and compliance teams to ensure ongoing adherence to local regulatory requirements and industry standards
Build and manage relationships with insurers
underwriting partners
and ecosystem players in the Taiwan market
Negotiate commercial partnerships
product distribution agreements
and integration arrangements
Develop a product lineup from insurer partners to ensure competitive offerings in the market
Lead the launch of the platform
working closely with product and engineering teams to develop features
and customer journeys
Drive product iteration and execution to strengthen product–market fit
Establish effective operating processes
and reporting structures to support growth and operational performance
Represent the group with insurers
Build and lead a high-performing team with a ownership culture and execution mindset
