A Tidal Wave General Manager leads by example and you can find them on the front line, shoulder-to-shoulder, with their team members! **What We Will Provide** * A Compensation Package that includes base pay, premium pay for any hours worked over full-time, an obtainable bonus structure, and a generous profit-sharing program. * A schedule designed to provide a healthy work-life balance. Full-time is based on 47 hours a week with a 5-day work week.
