Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, CA Real Estate License is required within 6 months

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of Property Management experience, financial acumen and experience preparing & the ability to build out budgets in Yardi including building CAM pools, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financial reports, Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation and administration, 3rd party management experience required, people management skills including leading a growing PM team, CA Real Estate License is required within 6 months, Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI is required

Nice to Have

Industrial Property Management experience preferred, institutional client experience preferred
