5+ years of Property Management experience, Financial acumen, Experience preparing budgets in Yardi, Experience building out budgets in Yardi, Experience building CAM pools, Experience building CAM reconciliations, Experience with other types of related financial reports, Familiarity with building systems, Familiarity with lease negotiation, Familiarity with lease documentation, Familiarity with lease administration, 3rd party management experience, People management skills, Leading a growing PM team, CA Real Estate License required within 6 months, Experience using a property management accounting platform, Proficiency in the use and application of technology tools, Proven track record of results
Nice to Have
Industrial Property Management experience, Institutional client experience, Bachelor’s degree
