Too many patients still experience pharmacy as transactional, frustrating, or hard to reach. Medication errors, poor communication, and lack of continuity of care affect real people every day. We exist to change that - and we are building the operational infrastructure, the technology, and the team to make it happen at scale. We have built real momentum. Now we need a General Manager of Pharmacy who can match that momentum with operational excellence - someone who has scaled operations before, who understands what it takes to perform at high volume without sacrificing quality, and who brings the knowledge and the standards to take us to the next level. As Pharmacy GM, you will be the person who ensures that patient-centred care is not just a value on our wall - it is how our pharmacy operates every single day.
