Must Have

8+ years of experience in IT, background in delivering operational services, Broad and deep understanding of technical infrastructure, operations, related technology dependencies, Key vendor product knowledge, Proven financial management capability, budgeting, cost estimation, reporting, Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams, ability to inspire performance at all levels

Nice to Have

Significant experience working within a NOC or MSP environment, deep appreciation for the pace, complexity, and customer focus required to deliver operational excellence at scale
