You’ll drive innovation, amplify Percona’s voice as a thought leader in the space, and scale adoption of our open-source software across community and enterprise users, all while building a profitable, high-impact business. This role reports directly to the CEO. - You’re a business-savvy technologist who lives and breathes databases and open source. You get how modern developers think, and you know the real-world pain of running databases at scale. Experience with MariaDB-compatible databases is a strong plus. - You’re a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who practices extreme ownership.
