Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Own the full business performance of the product, including revenue growth, retention, engagement, and profitability, ensuring accountability for end-to-end outcomes. Define and evolve product-led growth strategy across onboarding, activation, pricing, and expansion in partnership with cross-functional leaders. Align and coordinate Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Data, Research, and Support teams around clear priorities and execution plans. Drive cross-functional decision-making, including trade-offs and prioritization, without direct line management authority. Partner with insights and analytics teams to set targets, monitor performance, and continuously refine strategy based on data. Ensure alignment with broader portfolio and payments strategies while maintaining strong product autonomy where needed. Communicate business performance, risks, and opportunities clearly and consistently to senior leadership. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in SaaS product, growth, or general management roles with ownership of business-level outcomes. Proven track record of leading a SaaS product or product line with accountability for revenue, retention, and profitability. Strong expertise in product-led growth (PLG) and subscription-based SaaS business models. Demonstrated success working across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Growth, Data, and Customer functions in complex environments. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to prioritization and strategy. Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders through clarity, structure, and strong communication. Experience setting strategy and driving execution in environments without direct managerial authority over all contributors. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred. Strong leadership presence with the ability to bring structure, focus, and alignment in ambiguous contexts.
