The Industrial Service General Manager, Mexico leads the Business Unit with full P&L responsibility, including the service portfolio, offering development, and end-to-end delivery in close collaboration with key stakeholders. This is responsible for driving profitable growth by strengthening market position across key geographies, enhancing service excellence, and optimizing operational performance. This position combines strategic leadership with strong operational accountability, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering cross-BU collaboration and managing a large customer network. A strong safety mindset is a fundamental responsibility of the role, ensuring that all operations are conducted in line with the highest safety standards and a proactive safety culture is embedded across the organization. Demonstrated leadership capability and a strong ability to inspire and align teams are essential to advancing business growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and delivering sustainable results.
