General Manager - Home Healthcare Market-Level P sequence hiring and training to support growth, not just maintain current operations Set clear expectations, coach through structured routines, and make the hard calls on performance Platform Serve as the critical feedback loop between field operations and our AI/product teams Be the voice of your market to leadership: what's working, what's not, and what you need to win Requirements You are a high-ceiling, low-ego operator who wants to own a real business and a real team — not a workstream or a slide deck. You have run complex, people-heavy operations before and you are looking for a role where performance is rewarded with real upside and increasing scope.
