Full Job Description
Drive strategic project delivery. Lead high-performing teams. Shape the future of integrated Facilities Management. We are seeking a commercially astute and strategic General Manager – FM Projects to lead the delivery and growth of a national, integrated Projects portfolio across our Facilities Management (FM) operations in Australia. This executive role is accountable for end-to-end Project Management Solutions, including oversight of a Projects portfolio, development of new non-IFMS opportunities, and establishment of a best-in-class Projects & FM Centre of Excellence. Reporting to the FM Director, you will lead a geographically dispersed team to deliver consistent, high-quality project outcomes across a range of client accounts. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and client satisfaction while positioning the business for sustainable growth. Leadership & Strategy * Champion and embed a Zero Harm culture across all projects and teams * Lead the development and execution of integrated Projects & FM operating models * Contribute to and deliver against national, regional, and global business performance objectives * Establish and lead a centralized Projects & FM Centre of Excellence Project & Operational Delivery * Oversee a national Projects portfolio ensuring quality, cost control, and ROI outcomes * Provide integrated project management and technical expertise across IFMS contracts * Standardize and optimize project delivery frameworks, processes, and tools * Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and FM licensing requirements across Australia People Leadership * Lead a team of 4 direct reports and ~80 indirect reports * Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams with strong succession planning * Drive capability uplift across project and operational teams Client & Stakeholder Management * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders * Actively sup
