We are seeking a commercially astute and strategic General Manager – FM Projects to lead the delivery and growth of a national, integrated Projects portfolio across our Facilities Management (FM) operations in Australia. This executive role is accountable for end-to-end Project Management Solutions, including oversight of a Projects portfolio, development of new non-IFMS opportunities, and establishment of a best-in-class Projects & FM Centre of Excellence. Reporting to the FM Director, you will lead a geographically dispersed team to deliver consistent, high-quality project outcomes across a range of client accounts. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and client satisfaction while positioning the business for sustainable growth.
