3+ years General Manager/Hospitality management experience, Financial and food cost experience, CSNM Certification, Proven leadership and line management skills, Ability to build, lead and motivate a team, Able to work on own initiative, Able to make effective decisions, Able to work as part of a team, Good level of operational and support safety first mindset, Experience managing a budget, Interpreting financial and commercial information, Good standards of literacy and numeracy, Sound financial acumen, Organizational skills, Ability to react to suit operational support requirements, Able to organize time effectively, Prioritize tasks to cope with fluctuating workloads, Excellent stakeholder management skills, Competent IT skills including MS office, Experience in unionized environments
