What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or Economics from a leading university, Minimum 7 years of total experience, 5+ years in either high-growth tech, investment banking, strategy consulting, VC or private equity, Excellent leadership and team management skills, analytical / problem-solving skills, Professional fluency in English, Based in Miami, South Florida residency is required
Nice to Have
backgrounds in investment banking or consulting are a plus
