## Position Summary As General Manager, you will inspire, develop and lead the world class Rodeo Dunes golf experience from the ground up, shaping not only the operations, but the identity of the property itself. You will be responsible for building a culture rooted in hospitality, humility, and excellence, while delivering a golf experience that stands among the best in the world. This is a role for a strong service orientated operator and visionary, who will focus on driving memorable guest service experiences, foster innovation, while simultaneously inspiring, coaching and building high performing teams. The GM will have a collaborative style across all teams, both internally and externally, including working closely with ownership, management and other community stakeholders.
