What You'll Achieve.
Top-line sales growth; Consistently delivers top-line sales growth; Meet or exceed goals related to total store sales, profitability, and operational excellence; Maximize productivity; Achieve sales & payroll goals; Complete workload; Increase return visits; Improve and grow the business; Drive profitable top line sales growth
Industry & Context.
Ability to address complex issues; Identifying underperforming metrics and developing strategies
Ability to sit for long periods of time and get in and out of an automobile several times a day, Will be required to drive and be outside for brief periods of time during all four seasons, Ability to utilize arms at extended position for long periods, Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift/carry product, totes and push/pull carts
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 21 years of age, 5 + years of managerial experience preferably in a retail-based industry with a customer-centric approach, Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals and metrics, Proven ability to drive sales results, able to analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business, Comfortable and confident in making decisions and mediating conflict within a team environment, Ability to address complex issues and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities, Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, Ability to identify top talent and train/develop/retain great people, Proficient in Windows - based software such as Excel, Word and Outlook, Communication Proficiency, Valid driver’s license and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record background check
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s in business or operations management or a related field, 1+ year PharmaCann Management experience, 2+ years Dispensary Management experience
