HS Graduate or Equivalent, 3 years fitness experience, 3 years hospitality experience, 3 years retail industry experience, 2 years management experience, Understanding of computer software, Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, Ability to raise up to 50 pounds, CPR and AED Certified
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Ensure club meets financial goals
Provide leadership in customer service

Provide leadership in in-center business performance
Provide leadership in member participation
Enroll in General Manager Certification
Complete required trainings
Complete on the job training
Give daily support to team

Cast Department Managers
Coach Department Managers

Hold Department Managers responsible
Act as club ambassador

Attend required General Manager Certification trainings
Present on the business plan
Perform daily walk-through inspections
Ensure all areas are clean
