HS Graduate or Equivalent, 3 years fitness experience, 3 years hospitality experience, 3 years retail industry experience, 2 years management experience, Understanding of computer software, Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, Ability to raise up to 50 pounds, CPR and AED Certified

Nice to Have

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Partner with club's General Manager

Ensure club meets financial goals

Provide leadership in customer service

Provide leadership in team member relations

Provide leadership in sales

Provide leadership in in-center business performance

Provide leadership in member participation

Enroll in General Manager Certification

Complete required trainings

Complete on the job training

Give daily support to team

Offer ongoing leadership

Offer ongoing motivation

Offer ongoing development

Cast Department Managers

Coach Department Managers

Communicate The Life Time Way expectations

Hold Department Managers responsible

Act as club ambassador

Give each member an unforgettable experience

Attend required General Manager Certification trainings

Present on the business plan

Perform daily walk-through inspections

Ensure all areas are clean

Ensure all areas are neat

Ensure all areas are organized

Ensure all areas are like new

Study Net Satisfaction Scores

Monitor cost of goods

Mentor Department Managers

Ensure continuous growth

Train Department Managers

Develop Department Managers
