Nice to Have
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred, Experience or study emphasis in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality
What You'll Do.
Hire and develop a team
Support and maintain Jushi’s mission and culture
elevate and inspire the team
Follow established policies and procedures
Execute all company programs
Identify and develop process improvements
Maintain thoughtful store scheduling
Perform daily inventory audits
Record daily and monthly category sales
Oversee End of Month inventory reconciliations
Report any discrepancies in real-time
Develop vendor relationships
and maintain proper inventory levels
Ensure accuracy for all cash handling
Guide patients and employees with cannabis recommendations
Handle employee or customer concerns and complaints
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of cannabis
Present a professional image
Abide by city and state regulations
Build purchase orders
Maintain accurate records
Complete daily and weekly tasks/duties
and cleanliness of the store
Attract customers by originating display
Construct or assemble display producing merchandise displays
Troubleshoot MJ Freeway
and various patient issues
Provide support with employee initiatives
Provide support with events and specials
Report any and all issues or complaints relating
Work closely with Team to run a clean
