Full Job Description

## Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at JETSET Pilates - Rivermark. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. They will also be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, tracking expenses, payroll inputs, and vendor spend; operate within the approved budget and escalate variances for Owner approval and  budgets, and maintain a positive and motivating studio environment. ## Responsibilities - Before Studio Opening Recruitment & Staffing: build and maintain pipelines for studio leads and instructors. Own screening resumes, conducting initial interviews and coordinating other interviews, maintaining a consistent talent pipeline, overall hiring and onboarding into JETSET systems and studio Complete training and modules from JETSET HQs (including 3-days onsite training in Miami, FL and onsite Instructor training) Own and execute local marketing, social media & digital marketing initiatives to drive client acquisition and exceed studio-specific pre-opening goals Lead presales, founding member acquisitions + community events calendar Set up studio ops systems (front desk workflows, SOPs, service recovery playbooks) Own pre-studio opening procedures aligned with JETSET HQ’s processes, and coordinate with Owners/HQ to meet launch timeline milestones ## Responsibilities - After Studio Opening Collaborate closely with leadership to manage day-to-day operations and implement studio-wide strategies, policies, and procedures Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service and maintain the highest standards of quality consistent with JETSET Pilates.
