About the role As General Manager, you will be fully accountable for Bolt's performance and long-term success in Paraguay. You will own the country strategy, P comfortable making data-driven decisions and challenging assumptions. Hands-on operator — equally comfortable setting strategy and getting into the detail when execution requires it. Excellent communicator and influencer, able to represent Bolt with regulators, media, partners, and senior stakeholders.
