Must Have
2+ years of experience leading operations in high-growth hospitality/consumer brands, Experienced hospitality manager with a background in high-volume environments, Proven ability to build, train, and lead a team from the ground up, P&L understanding, from labour planning to inventory management, Hands-on and highly action-oriented, Genuine passion for coffee, matcha, and delivering great customer experiences
