Problems you'll solve

Troubleshoot and problem solve, prioritizing around urgency; Solve any facilities, maintenance, and pest control issues quickly and efficiently; Assess where there are gaps in communication or processes that you can fill to improve neighborhood performance

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4+ years of experience managing single-unit operations in high growth hospitality and/or retail brands, Experience managing large hospitality teams, Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering

Execute recipes accurately

Manage ordering and vendor relations

Conduct inventory counts

Ensure compliance with Inventory Management System

Ensure team has necessary inventory and equipment

Lead by example behind bar

Achieve company standard scores

Prepare stores for weather

and pest control issues

Develop ties with neighboring businesses

Take ownership of stores' financial performance

Uphold company standard NPS scores

Celebrate positive customer feedback
