What You'll Achieve.
Achieve overall store sales goals; Achieve service objectives; Grow Professional Customer relationships/sales; Hold team accountable to executing Customer action plans; Deliver on Customer expectations (DIY and Professional); Achieve financial metrics; Maintain service standards; Maintain appearance standards
Industry & Context.
Identify issues; Troubleshoot issues; Project assist for DIY; Analyze P&L statement; Review business reports; Analyze business reports
Minimum of 50-55 hours per week, Average schedule is 5-6 days a week, 11 hour shifts, Rotating nights and weekends, Additional hours may be required, Work a schedule based on business needs, Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings and weekends as needed, Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, Physical ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds, Close vision, Distance vision, Color vision, Depth perception, Ability to adjust focus, Work outside in various weather conditions, Exposure to moving mechanical parts, Exposure to high, precarious places, Exposure to toxic or caustic substances, Exposure to risk of electrical shock, Exposure to explosives, Exposure to vibration
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10 - 20 Team Members in a fast-paced and highly dynamic retail environment, Successful experience managing proven financial and business acumen, High school diploma or general education degree (GED), Valid driver's license
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related area, ASE certification
