What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 5-10 years of progressive management experience in the hospitality industry, at least 2-5 years in a General Manager or senior leadership role, Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and achieving financial targets, financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets and analyze financial statements, sales acumen to drive business and profitability, Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams, Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders, Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, Fluency in English is a must, Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required

What You'll Do.

Provide strategic leadership and direction for all hotel operations

Oversee financial performance

including budget development

Manage and motivate a diverse team of department heads

Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates

Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards

Oversee hotel maintenance

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Analyze market trends and competitive positioning

Conduct regular performance reviews and implement staff development
