Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: * Analyze monthly P&L and financial reports, identifying deviations from business plan goals and reporting findings to Owners Operations; * Develop, implement and manage operational department goals; conduct daily management briefings on key activities: - Ensure compliance with corporate audits, health and safety regulations and statutory requirement; - Evaluate guest needs, guest mix and competitive positioning; recommend appropriate service and operational changes; - Anticipate and address guest issues through proactive processes that promote satisfaction; - Represent the Brand credibly to the market, guests and heartists; personally welcome key accounts and patrons; - Maintain positive owner relations through appropriate and timely communications with the Owner's representative; Team Management: * Manage team performance, conduct evaluations and address performance issues within operational departments; * Train, develop and coach team members; identify and nurture high-potential staff for advancement; * Monitor team performance, professionalism and attitude on a continuous basis ## Qualifications * A minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a premium or midscale hotel, preferably within Vi
