Assist trade technicians in diagnosing and suggesting solutions and repairs to customers and supervisors.
Must be able to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods of time, occasionally in adverse weather conditions., Must be able to work in a variety of different environments, including high places., Must have good manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, physical fitness, and a good sense of balance., Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds., May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties., Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking., Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required., Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time., Access to a federal military installation requires a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or an acceptable alternative, such as a U. S. passport or military ID, in accordance with the REAL ID Act., Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access., A background check and E-Verify will be conducted for this position.

S. passport or military ID, in accordance with the REAL ID Act., Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access.

Six (6) months of facilities maintenance experience preferred.

Estimate completion dates.
Identify additional material requirements.
Operate company-provided vehicles
Utilize mobile maintenance and inspection devices.
Maintain a record of all service and repair activities.
Follow all Safety Procedures and Policies.
Maintain professionalism in both appearance and demeanor.
Assemble and secure furniture and equipment as required.
Maintain and wear PPE as required.
Perform additional general maintenance tasks as assigned.
