High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent, Three years of experience in a corporate office environment or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience, Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, Ability to obtain a security access badge at client location, Ability to read and understand information contained in a variety of documents or displayed on a computer screen, Ability to obtain an appropriate driver's license issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles, as requested, This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization
Nice to Have
Technical degree preferred, Ability to read and understand repair manuals, specifications, drawings, and schematic diagrams, Experience using a Maximo experience is a plus, Experience interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
What You'll Do.
Relocate and shift office furniture
Assemble office furniture
Provide support with catering and refreshment setups
Provide feedback on issues requiring outside assistance
Perform carpentry tasks and repair work
Provide mailroom support
Help ensure pantry supplies are ordered and restocked
Conduct daily walkthrough inspections of the facility
Perform re-lamping assignments
Help ensure conference rooms are well maintained
Monitor freight corridors
Assist with employee relocation
Provide preventive maintenance support
Complete work orders through a CMMS
Comply with all company
and site-specific EHS policies
Participate in safety training
and incident reporting
Maintain a service-oriented mindset
Travel locally to other locations for support

Full Job Description
As a General Maintenance Technician - Handyman, you will be responsible for daily support activities, including: * Relocate and shift office furniture. * Assemble furniture purchased through office supply vendors, i.e., PC carts, display racks, keyboard trays, mailboxes, etc. * Provide support with catering and refreshment setups where needed for employee meetings. * Provide feedback on issues that require outside assistance. * Perform various carpentry tasks and repair work on restroom sinks, stalls, fixtures, cabinet doors, closet doors, locks, etc. * Provide mailroom support if needed. * Collaborate with Office Services to support Building Services operation. * Help ensure pantry supplies, snacks and beverages are ordered and restocked as needed. * Conduct daily walkthrough inspections of the facility and address/report accordingly. * Perform re-lamping assignments as needed. * Help ensure that conference rooms are well maintained and ready for daily use. * Work closely with the Office Services team to address unsafe conditions. * Monitor freight corridors to help ensure that they are neat and clutter-free. * Assist with employee relocation projects; provide necessary support during move activity. * Basic electrical troubleshooting (non-licensed). * Provide preventive maintenance support if needed. * Complete work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). * Comply with all company, OSHA, and site-specific EHS policies. * Participate in safety training, toolbox talks, and incident reporting. * Maintain a service-oriented mindset in a corporate environment. * May be required to travel locally to other locations for support. * Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor. _**Minimum Requirements:** _ * High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent. * Three years of experience in a corporate office environment or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handl
