This role involves responding to work orders, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and conducting regular inspections of warehouse equipment including dock doors, compactors, balers, and material handling systems. Your work directly supports uninterrupted warehouse operations and helps maintain a safe working environment for all employees. **What your day-to-day will look like:** * Inspect warehouse equipment and building systems daily to identify potential issues before they become problems * Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment including dock doors, dock levelers, balers, compactors, shrink wrap machines, and other warehouse machinery * Perform building maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing repairs (sinks, toilets, water fountains), replacing light bulbs and air filters, and touch-up painting * Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency repair requests with minimal disruption to warehouse operations * Complete battery changes on forklift equipment and maintain battery charging stations * Execute all preventative maintenance tasks on or before due dates, documenting work legibly and maintaining equipment in safe, clean, working condition * Communicate equipment r
