Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities support, or building upkeep preferred, Practical experience with repairs, painting, and grounds maintenance, Experience maintaining or troubleshooting commercial kitchen equipment is an asset, Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
What You'll Do.
Perform general maintenance and minor repairs
Support grounds maintenance
Assist with inspection and upkeep of buildings
Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment
Support maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment
Complete basic preventative maintenance tasks
Report larger repair needs
and organized work environment
Use hand and power tools safely
Assist other trades or contractors
