Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities support, or building upkeep, Practical experience with repairs, painting, and grounds maintenance, Experience maintaining or troubleshooting commercial kitchen equipment is an asset, Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
What You'll Do.
Performing general maintenance and minor repairs
Painting and surface touch-ups
Drywall patching and minor carpentry
Replacing light fixtures
Supporting grounds maintenance
Assisting with inspection and upkeep of buildings
Troubleshooting and performing minor repairs on equipment
Supporting maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment
Completing basic preventative maintenance tasks
Reporting larger repair needs or safety concerns
and organized work environment
Using hand and power tools safely
Assisting other trades or contractors

Team & Collaboration
Support to other maintenance and operations teams; Assisting other trades or contractors as required
