What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years’ maintenance experience in one of the following trades or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience: General Construction, Painting, General Maintenance, Ability to obtain a security access badge at our client’s location., Demonstrated fluency in computer use including the full Microsoft product line., Ability to obtain an appropriate driver's license issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles, as requested., Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization., US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
Nice to Have
Technical degree, Experience working in a GMP or similar regulated environment such as hospitals, biomedical or pharmaceutical campuses, Ability to read and understand repair manuals, specifications, drawings, and schematic diagrams., Experience working with heavy industrial or manufacturing plant steam systems, centrifugal chillers, air handling units, turbines, boilers, cooling towers, air compressors, air dryers, heat exchangers, exhaust systems, pneumatic controls, and building automation control systems., Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS); EAMS experience is a plus., Experience interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form., Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The successful candidate will have outstanding skills and will be committed to working with others to deliver best in class, unparalleled excellence in customer service and satisfaction. Responsible for daily support activities, including: * Perform a variety of repairs and tasks including but not limited to replacing floor tiles, carpet, ceiling tiles, light bulbs, plumbing, painting, patching, and drywall repairs. * Perform minor inspections of general building conditions under the direction of a supervisor or a skilled trades’ person. * Directly assist trades personnel as required. * Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment, pressure washing, sheet metal work, and restroom tile repairs. * Operate various tools and equipment to perform woodwork, furniture repairs, and flooring replacement/repairs. * Efficient and safe use of hand tools. * Respond and provide service and feedback to the customer on work orders while assuring compliance with codes, regulations, and industry standards. * Clean worksites, including hauling debris and trash to the dumpster, cleaning tools and equipment, and ensuring tools, materials, and equipment are stored properly. * Inspect and identify facilities equipment in need of repair. * Perform miscellaneous repairs, maintenance construction, general installation, and preventative maintenance work under the direction of Supervisor or skilled trades’ person. * Make regular inspection rounds of buildings, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and major equipment. * Checks for appearanc
