What They're Looking For.
Must Have
One year of experience maintaining dock doors/dock equipment, Two years of experience in commercial or warehouse facility maintenance, Ability to work in an aerial lift or scissors lift at heights up to 30 feet or higher
What You'll Do.
Perform routine maintenance

Maintain plumbing fixtures
Repair restroom facilities

Perform preventative maintenance on dock doors
Perform repairs on dock doors
Perform preventative maintenance on dock levelers
Perform repairs on dock levelers
Perform basic repairs of facility equipment
Perform basic repairs of internal building structure
Perform re-lamping of light fixtures
Operates facility equipment
Maintains facility equipment
Repairs facility equipment

Performs preventative maintenance inspections
