What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years related industry experience, 1-3 years supervisory experience, Knowledge of OSHA regulations, Knowledge of USDA regulations, Knowledge of HACCP regulations, Standard computer skills, Excellent written communication skills, Excellent verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
College degree preferred, Supervisory experience in meat processing facility, Math ability a plus
