What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, Experience in a local company that is part of an international group, Hands-on experience in bookkeeping and reporting, Supervisory or management experience, In-depth knowledge of local tax laws and rules, Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
Support process and control improvements, Knows local and international accounting standards, including financial instruments, Experience with statutory reporting and management accounting, Communicates clearly with different stakeholders
What You'll Do.
Run the accounting function and bookkeeping processes
Own period closing activities
Ensure correct entries
including bank reconciliations and other key controls
Monitor and analyze accounting data
Prepare statutory financial reports and statements in line with local regulations
Ensure correct use of accounting methods
Support annual audits
Reconcile VAT reports
and related tax entries
Reconcile benefit-in-kind reporting
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with experienced finance and legal professionals; Work with the GL specialist; Work with the Payroll, Tax, HR, FP&A, Controlling, and international GL teams; Provide relevant recommendations to local and group stakeholders; Support group finance projects; Contribute to cross-company initiatives; Builds effective working relationships across teams

Communicates clearly with different stakeholders; Fluent in English (written and spoken)
