KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The General Ledger (GL) Accountant is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company’s general ledger and supporting timely, compliant financial reporting. This role owns journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis, and plays a key role in month‑end and year‑end close processes. The GL Accountant works closely with AP, AR, Payroll, FP&A to ensure complete and accurate financial records in accordance with IFRS, company accounting policies, and internal control requirements.
