What You'll Do.
support daily production
ensure every product meets Techo-Bloc’s high quality standards
work alongside machine operators
assist with key processes
Inspect finished product for height
Perform quality checks and remove defective pieces as needed
Rework/replace blocks to ensure every pallet is customer-ready
Package finished product by adding packaging materials
final quality check before going to the yard
Keep all products packaged neatly
Assist with production support tasks such as pallet repair
general maintenance support
other assigned tasks to keep production moving
Maintain a clean work area and support plant clean-up
Follow all safety practices including PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures

Our Waterloo plant is highly automated , fast-paced, and built around teamwork. If you enjoy hands-on work, quality checks, and being part of a production team that takes pride in what they build — this could be the perfect fit. Pay: $24.25/hr ($19.25/hr base + $5 per hour shift differential for night shift) Location: Waterloo, IN Schedule : Night shift, Mon-Thur 6pm-6am What You’ll Do As a General Laborer , you’ll support daily production and help ensure every product meets Techo-Bloc’s high quality standards. You’ll work alongside machine operators and assist with key processes such as: * Inspect finished product for height, shape, color, and consistency * Perform quality checks and remove defective pieces as needed * Rework/replace blocks to ensure every pallet is customer-ready * Package finished product by adding: * packaging materials * top sheet * labels * final quality check before going to the yard * Keep all products packaged neatly, safely, and securely * Assist with production support tasks such as: * pallet repair * general maintenance support * yard support * other assigned tasks to keep production moving * Maintain a clean work area and support plant clean-up * Follow all safety practices including PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures ## Qualifications What We’re Looking For We’re looking for people who show up ready to work, take pride in quality, and enjoy working as part of a strong team.
