High School diploma or equivalent preferred, Prior manufacturing experience preferred, Prior production experience preferred, Prior general labor experience preferred
Nice to Have
Food manufacturing experience a plus, Fresh plant operations experience a plus
What You'll Do.
Perform assigned production tasks
Support processing operations
Support packaging operations
Support material handling operations
Assist with product handling
Maintain continuous product flow
Monitor product for quality defects
Report quality concerns promptly
Assist line operators with setup
Assist line operators with changeovers
Assist line operators with general line support
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Maintain organization of work areas
Maintain cleanliness of tools
Maintain organization of tools
Maintain cleanliness of equipment
Maintain organization of equipment
Remove recyclable materials
Follow standard operating procedures
Follow supervisor instructions
Follow food safety requirements
Follow sanitation requirements
Follow hygiene requirements
Follow allergen control requirements
Comply with OSHA regulations
