The General Helper/Dishwasher is responsible for assisting in the overall kitchen operations and maintenance as well as cleaning and sanitizing of designated kitchen areas, tools, equipment, pots, and dishes. Note this is a seasonal position which coincides with the operation of the school year. Your work will include: * Wash, scrub, clean, and sanitize designated kitchen and all aspects within the kitchen * Keep Kitchen organized * Clean kitchen floors; sweep and mopping, storage room areas, fridges as well * Clean refrigerators, ovens, and other kitchen equipment * Wash pots, dishes, glasses, cups, etc., after each meal and as required * Deep cleaning on a daily/weekly basis of the dish machine, ovens, etc. * Help keep storage rooms and fridges/freezers cleaned and organized * Maintain Cleaning Records and Logs * Maintain Garbage room, sort according to waste streams * Understanding WINNOW ## Qualifications WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * You have a minimum 1 year kitchen or catering experience in Food Service Industry, hospitality environment or remote lodge setting * You are fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills * You have a
