In a kitchen support role, the G.H. works a variety of shifts throughout the day and acts as the fuel that keeps the kitchen running smoothly. Kitchen support workers will complete various tasks throughout the day based on their shift schedule and time of day. General Helpers may work split shifts, night shifts, early mornings, and late nights, depending on the kitchen schedule. Key Responsibilities: * Maintaining a safe working environment at all times * Following all safety controls related to Covid including regular handwashing, proper use of PPE and enhanced cleaning/sanitation requirements * Providing excellent and consistent service for all guests using the KDR facilities * Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift * Cleaning and maintaining all areas within the KDR complex on a daily basis – lunchrooms, dining room, servery, ware wash area, main kitchen, and storage areas * This in
