What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 years of experience in business analysis, financial operations, or expense management., working knowledge of SAP Concur or similar expense management platforms., Experience with corporate card programs and financial controls., Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)., Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field., B. Com / M. Com / MBA / Degree in Finance/Accounting, Experience working with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and/or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Nice to Have
SAP S/4HANA Cloud experience preferred, but not required.
What You'll Do.
Ownership of corporate card management
SAP Concur administration
and expense reporting functions.
Administer and optimize corporate card program
including card issuance
and account maintenance.
Serve as the primary administrator for SAP Concur platform
and system configurations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards to track spend
and program performance.
Identify opportunities to streamline expense processes and enhance the user experience.
Lead initiatives to automate manual workflows and reduce processing time.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with card providers to resolve issues, negotiate terms, and ensure program efficiency.; Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to implement system enhancements and integrations.; Build relationships with business units, procurement, and finance teams.; Deliver training sessions and support to ensure compliance with expense policies.
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex processes into simple, user-friendly guidance.
Process & Methodology
Lead initiatives to automate manual workflows and reduce processing time.
