Hanging birds into empty shackles
Insuring birds are hung by two legs
Taking one-legged birds off line
Placing birds onto rack
Taking birds that were not hung
Hanging them into eviscerating shackles
Manually hung by both legs
Removing one-legged birds from table or shackle
Placing onto rack for manual evisceration
Adjust picking line speed
Prevent pile-up on belt
Insuring speed is sufficient
Keep eviscerating lines full
Operates light system
